Has anyone ever used "Dip Seal" on carbon steel knife blades, for long term storage and/or scratch prevention? I know the plastic has got to be around 350-degrees-F and am wondering if that temp is too hot, for a knife blade.
Does anybody know if that temp will harm the Tempering of the blade?
