Just got done watching 'Drop Zone' with Wesley Snipes and Gary Busey for the umpteenth time.
I noticed that during the scene where Busey's Character performs the Sentry Kill he stabs himself in the arm just like the textbooks warn you about... I don't know why I missed it the other times but the look on his face is a serious "Ouch!" expression. They cut away and then back but you can clearly see him stab himself pretty hard and his quite surprised expression.
Any other knife 'faux paus' in movies out there.
