Guys & gals. My son and a couple buddies are looking for ideas on where to go ride dirt bikes in two weeks! We are based in Tulsa, OK area so would like to keep travel distance under 8ish hrs max one-wayfrom Tulsa.
That would be North a max of Sioux Falls, SD East a max of Jackson, TN, West a max of Santa Rosa, NM and South a max of Austin, TX.
Mixture of anything above, safe camping at area is a big plus but at the minimum, the ability to find hotel lodging close to rides.
BDR type routes would be out since we want to travel light while riding the bikes. So we need to be back at base camp each night. That style terrain is a go!
Can leave the night before for a max 8hr one way drive if the riding is “Moabish”.
Moabish definition: the terrain is 90+% exact copy of Moab, UT
. We just can’t drive that far in such a short trip.
