Hey all,
So I stopped by this dirty little one aisle pawn shop today. I rummaged through a plastic bin of "Traditional" style knives and walked away with these.
1. Case XX '86 Silver Eagle 1 of 5000. Number 1221 Trapper
2. Kabar 1047
3. Kabar 1081
4. Proto 18500 Electricians knife
5. Aitor Inox Electricians knife.

Was a fun time burrowing around the little place and finding these.

If you guys have any info, stories, or opinions about the Electricians knives, please share. These are the first 2 Electricians knives that I've found, and can't dig up much info on them.
Thanks All.

I don’t have much information to share, but those are in nice shape! I don’t see knives like that for reasonable prices at my local shops...

Yeah not bad. I brought them home and oil rag wiped them down.
The Case is a good 90%+, original edge. Dots of patina here and there.
The Kabars are a good 95% condition, real clean. Factory edges
The Spanish Electrician knife is real clean, and the inox real nice. Doesn't seem sharpened
The 18500 has been used, perhaps sharpened, but what would I know, I've never seen one in person till now??

Really awesome haul! I have good results from pawn shops as well. Here's a thread I started on electrician type knives. Initially on Klein but soon opened it to all, as there's so many great examples. Lot if great knowledge shared as well.

Those Ka-Bars are dear to my heart. I just dug out my old 1047 that I got at the Katz drug store around 1971. It shows a bit more wear than yours.

Right on! I've only been interested in traditionals for a couple months now, and to be honest, didnt even know Kabar produced them. The finish is fantastic, and they seem a bit lighter/thinner than say, a Case. At least in the blade stock.
I was happy to find them for sure.
