Disable thread title pop-up descriptions?

I was hoping disabling pop-up descriptions in Windows would disable forum pop-up descriptions. It doesn't. How do I turn off the yellow pop-up box that appears if I point over a thread title?

Interesting problem. Im on a tablet and have never been able to get those descriptive pop-ups.

I don't think we can shut them off. ! Spark might know.

I don't, although I find them to be the opposite of distracting. Often they can tell me in a sentence or two whether I want to even bother opening a thread. That's real handy as far as I'm concerned.
