Disappointed in grey precesion

I ordered one of their LBS in toxic green. The ones on their website are very green. Well when I got a look at it I was quite disappointed. The one I got is faded on one side and has rough lathe marks on it as well as a very light green color that you can almost see the original ti color though it. I have a blue one on a 560 that is flawless and am extremely pleased with it
Even my wife committed on how off the color is compared to the ones on the website.

I guess I will try to contact him and see what he wilol do about it.

Hey Nick I got one for my Strider that came the same way. I got a blue one that was rough and not very solid in color. I sent them an email and they sent me new one. Had it a few days later. Hit them up and they should take care of you.
 
He has already emailed me back and said he will take care of it. Just needed pics to see what went wrong.
 
Turns out he had a guy working for him that forgot to polish before it got anodized. He is sending out a new one tomorrow. ..woohoo!!
