Disassemble a Buck 110?

What is the best way to go about disassembling a Buck 110 Folding Hunter if someone wants to put different scales on one? A friend asked me about putting some micarta scales on his 110. I don't have the knife in front of me and have just looked at pictures as I can't recall how they are put together. It looks like there is a pivot bolt/pin and that the scales may be pinned on?

Any thoughts or advice on how to dissasemble a 110 would be really appreciated.
