I disassembled my Spyderco Native and after putting all together it has blade play, no matter how hard I fix the pivot screw. Is this a known problem? Any remedy.

Is the small hockey stick shaped spring that presses on the lock bar on backwards?
that’s exactly how I reassembled my native for the first time LOLThat was it. I feel very stupid right now.
Thanks. That’s a good tip re the hockey stick shaped spring, to be filed away for future referencethat’s exactly how I reassembled my native for the first time LOL
Yep, another improvement aimed at the manufacturer and not the consumer. But with care, the end user can benefit from screw construction. The screws are for assembly, not disassembly.
