As I anticipate the arrival of my first CRK, I ventured into the sticky thread at the top of the forum, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/260685-How-I-clean-my-Sebenza-(with-pictures). I was happy to find such a thread until I found that all of the picture and links are broken. I then saw that the thread was written in 2003 and hasn't been updated since 2007. Why is it still a sticky? I wonder if it would be possible to get it updated? It looks like it was a great resource.....7 years ago.

Thanks. I will definitely try to get some good pics of them. Speaking of which, where can I purchase the little clear blocks I see guys use to hold their knives up for pics?

I don't have any. Any of our BF dealers should carry them. A local hobby shop should have mini acrylic picture stands, about the same thing.

Don't be concerned that it's an old thread. Little has changed over the years. It will be a while before you will need to take it down. When you get to that point, if you have any issues, the folks here will give you the guidance you'll need. The most important part of taking any knife down is paying attention to how you do it and reverse the process when you're ready to go back with it. You can always take pics or shoot a video when you take it down. :)

I wasn't so worried that it's old, rather that all of the pics, vids, and links are gone, rendering the thread much less affective.

Sorry to get off topic, but I read a lot of your posts when I was researching my sthil MS362Cm purchase and trying to get the best

Snellerized Saws...I'll never forget that. That's just crazy to me. Now here we are in a CRK knife forum, talking about our Sebenzas. Too crazy for me to wrap my head around
