Wo, that was a close one! I got an email last night. My gold membership expired. By the time I updated, I was basic.

That has to be the best $25 dollars invested ever. An amazing amount of entertainment for such a pittance!

For the price of one trip to the theater with the wife, or a single visit to Tasty Chinese place, I get a whole year of good times!

I was kinda curious how that would work. I don't want to lost some of my PM's and stuff because I forget to renew. Good to know we get a reminder.

That $25 goes a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG Way! I agree! The WSS forum alone is worth $25 a year.

I don't appear to have lost any of my private messages. I certainly was expired for at least a day, but my messages are still there.
 
Definitely worth every single penny......

For me it is merely a few coffees each year and the entire membership is paid in full. No brainer when I put it into terms of common costs in my life.
 
I just bought a gold membership, this is a great forum, the people are friendly and helpful and its way cool that Jerry himself stays involved. G.M
 
You won't lose any PM's if your account goes back to registered for a few days. I was a registered user for about 2 weeks before I went ahead and upgraded to the new bling, and all my messages were still there.
