Hello everyone , at last decided to make a table for my disc grinder , I dont need angle change just need 90degree , I do rest on my belt grinder , so whats the most simple table plan or one that doesnt need milling?
Thanks

What's your grinder look like now?
Does the motor just mount directly to the workbench or does it have a base plate?

Is the base/workbench perfectly 90° to the face of the disk?

If not, it might be easier to just make it adjustable.

Simplest:
Bolt the disc sander to the benchtop and shim if needed so the disc is 90° to the benchtop. Make a riser block from a piece of wood or aluminum/steel square channel that places the top at the center of the disc. Check that it is still 90°. Mount the block from below with a couple of screw-knobs or quick handles.
