hey guys how would you get rid of discoloration on your knives, like yellow spots n rusts.

Keeping the blade oiled with a thin layer of oil (your choice thats a whole other discussion
) will go a long way to keep that from happening, as far as removing post a pict if ya can, What kinda steel are we talking about?Theres many ways to do it but how bad is it? that will dictate the next step...Procede Gingerly nothing too caustic or abrasive... 000 steel wool and WD-40 is what i use, some guys will tell ya Flitz or metal glo Polish...
lotsa ways to do it, and just as many ways to screw up the knife by doing them
