Discontinued Al Mar Backup?

I am selling an Al Mar knife that I bought in the mid 90's for about $100. I believe that it is the backup model. The edge is fully serrated. I used to carry it and it has some marks. I'm asking $45 but feel free to make an offer as well. Photobucket is acting up and I can't attach pics so I will email pics to all interested untill I can post them. what is the handle made of? looks like aluminum?

Is the thumbstud plastic?

do you know what the blade steel is? for some reason i am thinking aus-8?

is there a pocket clip?
