How does it work if you were to send in a discontinued knife that needs a new blade?

As stated call customer service. It depends on how old the model is. We do keep discontinued blades on hand but once they are gone we don't make more.

Not sure about blades but I did get a replacement Ti pocket clip for my old discontinued 761. They do keep spare parts for discontinued knives, and will help a customer as long as the parts haven't run out.
