Discontinuing Beckers... ???

So some of the re-released Beckers have been out for awhile. Are there any plans to disco some of the Ka-Bar era Beckers any time soon?
 
Well I heard that Gerber and Bear Grylls just bought KA-BAR so we should see some nice black and orange handles on them.
 
Awsome! I want a bk9 with a whistle on it,
and a machax with morse code on the grips!
 
I picked up the new Bear Grylls BK41 from Amazon. It's 440A, 1/8" hollow grind. It's similar in size to the Bk2, but it's a stick tang covered in rubber. It's also got 50% serrated blade. Awesome stuff, guys. Check them out, they're a steal at only $75

little known fact: i'm actually the Bear Grylls Marque owner, and with our WalMart profits, I made Ethan an offer he could not refuse, since his son and wife-in-law are busy with the cookbook

so now I also own the whole shebang. we'll stay with KaBar, of course, but the lineup will change a bit.

the biggest change is the name "Bladite Knife and Toolz", with a special Zombie Toolz division (green handles)

we'll probably drop a couple items, like the Machax, and introduce practical knives like the Nessmuk (BladiteMuk) (BK8), Wharncliff (BladiteCliff) (BK12), and BladiteZacto (BKZ) which sounds like it probably is :D

backpacks are next!

I'm not doubting the ability of it holding up to him running around and doing "tuck n rolls" like he's evading someone but as far as the quality I expect out of a kabar/Becker I don't think it will be the same.
