I`d like to commend Discount Knives for making my first internet buying experience a pleasurable one. I ordered an CRKT Stiff Kiss from them on the evening of 10th and was prepared to wait the stated 7-10 days for delivery. Much to my delight the knife arrived today,after only 3 days.Excellent! They delivered a quality product at a fair price in a timely manner.

I couldn`t agree more. I just bought a Leatherman Wave from Brian for a birthday present. I needed to have it by Fri. so I asked him to send it 2 day air. I called for it yesterday at noon and got it today at noon! Not to mention he beat the best price I could find by 10%. His prices and service are hard to beat. FWIW he seems like a heck of a nice guy too. Marcus
 
I think Brian's customer service is excellent. On several occasions I have chatted knives with him for 20+ minutes after placing an order. This says a lot as he is a busy man who was probably missing out on an order or two to make sure that his customers got the best service he could give. Stand-up guy.
