Discounted Filson

I bought a hat a couple of weeks ago and saw their site. I almost ordered it until I saw the IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION! at the bottom of the page. That kind of made me leery so I just ordered from Filson.
 
After 2 emails and one voicemail over a 2 week period with no response...I 'd say this site is bogus...I won't be buying from them...
