Craig, on your website you offer a 10 percent discount to customers buying more than one knife at a time. How is the discount policy going to apply to us forumites who buy khuks on a regular basis through the forum, but might buy just one khuk at a time?

All repeat customers are entitled to a 10% discount on future purchases, not including shipping. This applies to knives bought directly from my website and also to knives purchased on the forum.
Exception: Forum specials and introductory offers, which are already discounted.
Occasionally, I'll forget to figure in the discount (as I have been known to forget to charge people's credit cards
). In that case, please remind me.
Also a note about payment while I'm at it: Charges by Gurkha House appear on your credit card statement as Cystern. Also, if you should have ANY question about your bill, please contact us.
