Discovered the strop

... and all I can say is WOW.

I Scotch-77'd a strip of 4oz scrap veggie-tanned leather to the thin edge of a 14" 1x2. Added a little rubbing compound & leather conditioner and went to town.

The BK11, Hyper and M16 are all now crazy sharp, at least by my limited standards.

What else around here can be sharpened... This pen? no... This phone? no... where are all the nails now that I have my hammer??

Fronce. (as in "Fronch fries, Fronch bread, Fronch dressing, and to drink: Perru!") actually my dad brought it back from a trip a few years ago.
