Well, guess you got me there on the "misreporting" of facts.

In a way I'm honored you took that much effort to debunk me.
Still, I'm glad we were able to displace all fears about taking apart the Tachyon. Otherwise, many people would never have come to appreciate the genius that went into the design of this bali. Design elements like the precision in the fittings; the choice of materials; the usages of the sandwich construction; and especially the flexibilities that were given the owners for total self-maintenance.
That last part is very forward thinking. For me the underlying message was
There's no reason why you can't maintain this bali like any of the other current take-down tactical knives on the market. We trust you to know how to use and care for this bali to the best of your abilities..
That's very a powerful sense of trust.
Frankly, I wouldn't have "
chastised (your word)" you until you started attacking my questioning the inconsistencies of the disassembly issue as printed on the warranty card. Lots of people hold the contents of your website in high regard, as indicated by this thread:

If you're already not aware of your influence on people through your website. I was not the only one that questioned that inconsistency. (And BTW, you've misinterperted my
Libel comments.) I just happened to be the most vocal.
But, in the spirit of Auld Lang Syne, it's an excellent review as always, with the ever excellent picture accompliment.
Happy News Years to you Chuck.
