I think this knife may have replaced the Tighe Breaker as my grail flipper. Was it a Blade only thing or will it be a more or less regular model?

Love it. Carrying it. Using it. :)
Thanks for turning me on to this sweet model, Joe!

Thanks Alex

I am certainly not a flipper guy but there is something about this knife

Its overbuilt but not to the end that it is a paperweight

The handle really is do e well and captures your hand if that makes sense

It is made out of the newest materials but exhibits an ancient looking sweeping menacing blade

All wrapped Into a package that is built by a very talented man with mechanisms

The handle to blade ratio is sick

I love mine and have been EDCing it since Blade even thou I have gotten some very nice offers for it :)

Awe man, I really really really need one of those. I've got the fixed blade, now he needs a little brother

These are some beautiful knives. Very sleek looking, and looks like the ergos would be great in the hand. How does the lock bar work on the knife? Does it seat in a groove on the tang? I have been admiring Diskins for a while. Guess I need to start saving up again!

If a Porsche ever morphed into a folder, this would be it! Sweet and functional-looking!

I wish Kershaw would get the Strobe into the shops already. That's the closest I'll be getting to a Diskin flipper. Sigh.

Probably the best looking mid-tech to come out this year.

I agree :)

For those coming to the Gathering in Vegas in a couple months hopefully there will be some available

I have been EDCing mine and I am very pleased

I don't even like flippers :)

I love that the pocket clip is reversible. Very rare on high-end frame-lock folders.

Dang!

I am STILL kicking myself about missing out on the first run Joe. I won't be making that mistake again!

God I'm drooling over these Joe. My Fire is coming back from Matt Wednesday and I'm wishing I could make it out there to Vegas to try and grab one of these. Absolutely love that blade profile, and even though I'm not usually a guy for a blade over 4", it doesn't look like this one is too heavy, and the frame doesn't seem overly large at all. Matt has certainly outdone himself with this one.

My Fire should hold me off for quite a while until I get the funds and make it to one of the shows though ;)

You going to do any with anodizing in the future? I know you're probably too tight on time right now, but it would be amazing in a deep bronze to go with that bit of ancient design that it has. I see a Bronze one of these puppies and that Shirogorov in my signature line will have some serious competition for it's spot :D

Loved it when I saw it at Blade..........unfortunately yours was the only one left when I came by.....enjoying the Disken Fire though.
Won't make the Gathering in Vegas :(
