I can’t comment on the sheath as I have the other version, but on the two F1’s I’ve purchased they both had non-symmetrical lamination lines.
 
OP, you need to post some pics.
Without seeing the specific knife, its impossible to say one way or the other but generally speaking, uneven lamination lines are just part of the charm
 
I bought this legit Endura from KnifeCenter. Lamination line is lower on one side. Judging from the threads on these knives and others with lam lines, it seems to bother some owners. It doesnt bother me at all.

I did some research after posting this and it appears to be normal so I’m happy and sure it’s legit :)
