I have an ancient Disston miter saw that I inherited from a great-uncle, which has been kicking around in my toolbox for about 40 years. It`s probably close on 100 years old. I was thinking of donating it to a museum, but it occurred to me that someone might be able to make a blade from it. I`d be happy to donate it to any bladesmith around the Calgary area (or anywhere else, for that matter) who might be interested.
