Distal taper?

Ive always enjoyed a knife that was designed well with a bit of distal taper to the blade. It balances well and if the knife is primarily a slicer I think it helps with that as long as the blade thickness is obviously not too much. Has Busse done such a design or will they ever, more towards the idea of a pure slicer?

Thanks

The SOW has a nice distal taper. :)

Jaxx, that is the same blade that instantly came to mind. Also some of the FSH Custom Recurves. My SOW has a beautiful taper:thumbup. Don't have a spine shot of either of these knives but both have a great distal taper.

The BAD, a special thin (.125") version of the Active Duty, has a distal taper. It also has a slightly higher hardness (60-62 RC if I remember correctly).

Thank you, Jaxx. (BTW: nice triangular pic of SOW)
I wasn’t sure when BAD came out.
Seemed like the thread needed a spine shot of each.
