Hi.

My new-old ;)

steel - D2 / 4.7 mm (3/16")
length - 326 mm (12.835")
blade (to tip of handle) - 175 mm (6.890")
handle - bubinga, NS
sheath - leather

Thank you very much ;)
I think it is my best project... :D

That is very nice. How long did it take you?

I made almost all with my hand. Grinds I made on bench grinder on stone 60 grit. Rest I made hand. Finish with sand paper from 120 to 600 for blade. Files to metal and sandpaper from 120 grit to 2500 for handle. And it is all :)
I don't calculated it thoroughly, but knife like that i make about 1 weak (without hardening, it makes my friend, who knows how to do) with leather sheath. I know it is wery long time for that knife, but I have poor workshop and I like good handwork.

One week? I could work on something like that for a year and not make it look that nice.

I have three knives from Marcin and when you imagine how they'll feel in your hand....that's exactly how it will feel...

He, he :) Thank you Jim :p
It is free, do you want fourth ? :D

Absolutely beautiful work here Marcin! Your grinds are very impressive and your handsatin finish is incredible. Your leatherwork is off the hook!
