DIY modified factory knives

I would have posted this in Shop Talk, but I suspect my target audience will more likely be in here.

Does anyone have any pics of factory knives they've modified themselves? In specific, re-handled. Particularly, if anyone has drilled out a spyderco with pins and replaced them with real hardware. I've read that some have in the past, but I want to see pics
