DIY titanium color on a Sebenza?

I've looked for answers on this with the search function but the search function intermittently craps out. Please excuse me if this has been answered before.

I've just about decided to buy a Sebenza. I really like the color pattern on Strider folders I've seen, is there a way to do that on a Sebenza yourself without totally screwing up? I'm referring to the color on the titanium handle, not the Strider camo finish on their blades. (that's not really my thing, yuk!) Also, is there any way to get rid of the blue tint on the thumbstud and spacers? I realize all of this is just cosmetic and won't really matter but I'm weird like that.

Thanks in advance for any help!

If you order your knife from CRK, you can specify the color of the thumbstuds. If you specify "silver", you will get polished titanium studs without annodization. Besides blue, they also come in bronze color. Also, you can order dual studs as an option.

Somewhere in the past few months someone had pix of their "zebra" sebenza they did with a torch. Piter maybe?

Piter,
Can you tell us how did you do the anodizing with the propane torch? How long did you apply the flame and how close was the flame? Thanks!
