Well I call it the GSD knife because like a German Shepherd Dog it's not the best at anything but being good for just about anything. I read once a long time ago that Bo Randell said that "My model 4 6" is the handiest all around woods knife there is" then went on to relate a story about getting stuck on a hunting trip. I have to agree, a tough sharp 6" fixed blade has to be the handiest knife in the woods. Well here"s mine.
