DMLE penetrator tip?

i just received this DMLE today, and was curious about the penetrator tip that is supposed to come w/ it... am i missing something, but this tip does not look like it has one, like it says it's supposed to. sorry if i am mistaken, it's my first Scrap Yard and i'm just not sure :o

Wasn't there talk earlier that there in fact isn't a penetrator tip on the LEs? I think there was, but due to search being down, I can't find it. I seem to recall the whole thing about penetrator tips on LEs may have been just a confusion, because the Scrapyard store used the same description for the CG and the LE DM, and the CG one is supposed to have and does have a penetrator tip... while the LE should not have one.
 
What defines a penetrator tip anyway? I've been trying to figure that out without success.

so it seems that the DMLE does not come w/ the penetrator tip! oh well... i can always grind one on myself.
