Does anyone have any experience with the newer DMT Duostones with the HARDCOAT surface?

Normally, Duostones have a yellow plastic body, but the Hardcoat Duostones have a white plastic body.

Thanks.

They are basically more durable than the regular series of diamond plates, better suited to sharpening ceramic or very hard alloy steels with less worry of plate damage. Personally, I'm waiting until they come out with a Coarse Plate with hardcoat, I'm hoping it will be able to lap fine waterstones without being damaged.
