DMT stones and Edgepro

Anybody here use DMT Diamond stones on your Edgeper? If so what kind of results did you have, what grit, and where did you buy them for the best price?

Has anyone seen the aliner kit that DMT sells. Would these stones work?

What's the point? In my experience, the water stones cut plenty fast and give a beautiful edge. And if you want a mirror edge, the tapes do a great job. Even reprofiling, the coarser stones do an excellent job. Never saw the need for diamond. Just my 2¢.

I use EZ-Lap's 42C glued to a stone blank, but it cuts slower than EdgePro's coarse stone and costs more, too. The only saving grace is that it stays the same height no matter how many times you use it.
