That is the genius and diabolical evil of Busse! (it is genius if you have the money to get what you want, and pure evil if you don't!)
You never know when you will be able to pick up your desired blade if you miss out, so you are often inclined to spend money you might not have otherwise!
This leads, often, to being stuck between two poor choices. Spend money you really don't have to make sure you get the model you want right now, or wait, save your dollars (or sell other knives) and trust you can get the knife on the secondary market. Odds are you will find it for sale later, but often at a mark up.
I have plateaued on my Infi buying, I made an initial investment, and have been simply rotating and narrowing/distilling my collection to a core of users.
I have also recently acquired a custom slip joint, which was funded by the sale of Infi (the horror, I know!).
