Do all Kansepts have Free-Spinning Pivots?

I picked up a Kansept Mini Accipiter. This is my first experience with Kansept. Unfortunately, the pivot is free-spinning and also appears to be thread-locked. I'm sending it back instead of messing with it. I was just curious if all Kansept knives have free-spinning pivots?

I have a pelican and it too has a free spinning pivot
