I am a newbie here, but I love finding knives and have made some my self, (from old saw blades and the like) I came across this one at a yard sale, it had a stamp JParks in an oblonged circle. Really a nice piece, blade is 5 - 1/2" long just barely a 1/4" thick. The handle is Stag with what appears to be green micarta spacers. Overall length is 11 - 1/4". The sheath is heavy leather with no markings. I was told it was carried by this lady's Uncle in Alaska for years, could it be John Parks out of Georgia? Any help in identifying this would greatly be appreciated. And I am excited to be a memeber of this group, thanks Jack Pappy Lewis...
