do I need money to join the forum?

You've already joined the forum.

If you wish to support the forum, you can upgrade your membership to varying degrees, and you get some nice benifits as well.

Basic Membership is $10/year and you can add an avatar and signature line, plus you have a small amount of file upload space (attachments for pictures or whatnot) and Private Messages.

Gold Membership is $25/year, and you get increased PM folder size and more upload space, plus you can sell knives or other stuff in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums.

Platinum Membership is $50/year, and you get even more PM/file space, plus you can customize your "title".

With any level of membership you also get access to the Pirates Cove, a special forum just for those who support BFC.
 
I am a non US customer, so they told me that I need to apply for the paying membership through "One Stop Knife Shop". I don't know who or what they are. After completing the applification, they told me that they'll ship me an order. What order? I just wanted to be a Gold member in the blade forums. Does anybody know what is that "order" the're shipping to me? and when will I be the paying member? Please tell me.
 
We aren't going to ship you anything. As stated in the thread here our credit card processor will not accept international credit cards for automated memberships. Please read the stickied threads in question in order to get a membership if you are an international customer.
 
i recently did the international membership
at the top of any page there is the click to upgrade ,click there , then there is the non us customer , click there , then you choose you level you want , then select money order , then send it away and youre set
