Do I need to put my credit card number in writing on the repair form?

Is there a way to pay online? Do I have to put the credit card number on a form? I had a Spyderco Dragonfly II literally fall to pieces, and I do not know why. The rivets or pins just fell out or something. The knife blade, the clip (now lost), and the housing, all different pieces now. I really liked that knife. Thanks.

Yes or other methods listed if you know the cost. I didn't so I put my card number on there and they charged it just before shipping.

I would always just tuck $5 US in the clip and it was always good.
