I was browsing a site that apparently cant be named, and i found a pile of cheap knives of varying degrees of laugh ability wearing benchmade logos and listed as cold steel products, what do you think when you see things like that?
 
No laughing by me either. Usually I email the manufacturer being ripped off with a link to the fakes. And hopefully the site selling fakes gets shut down and the manufacturer of the fakes gets sued for everything they've got.
 
i did send a report to them about it, i thought it was kinda funny that who ever made there online shop couldnt be bothered to read what was printed on the boxs before posting it
 
No it's not funny at all. What is funny is when someone makes a post about how good a copy/counterfeit knife is.

If someone was ripping off the product of your labor, or intellect, should we find that funny?
 
they could be real but just dont know it. I person wanted me to buy a bunch of china swords. I didnt want them. I went and looked at them and they where the ZATOICHI SWORD-BLIND FURY BY CHEN/HANWEI brand new it there round container. he had no clue what they where just that they where made in china. maybe this is the same thing. he sold them to me for $5.00 each.

i notified benchmade, i realized that if the site was willing to sell some crap like that they wouldnt do any thing about it, i find it funny, who am i to tell you what you should and shouldnt find funny, i think its funny that people buy crap just cuz it has a bran name plastered on it with no regards to the actually quality of the product, and this is the worse case i have seen, i get a kick out of the reviews of people that apparently order the knife and think its the best knife ever, i would love to see there faces if they got there hands on a grip or a 940
 
Calm down people. He's just saying that a BM logo on a knife listed as cold steel is a bit funny. Making fun of the counterfeiters mistakes.
 
well im no benchmade expert but i have never seen any that look like this <deal spot removed>.
