Do these photos make my Sebenza look fat?

Hi everyone, first-time poster here. I've been using my small Sebenza 21 for just over 2 years now, in that time it has seen a fair amount of sharpening/stropping. I've started to notice that the tip is getting a bit fat, its about 1.5mm where the bevel ends, however the overall length is still 175mm which is what CRK specifies as the new length. I guess I'm wondering if the tip on mine is unusually chubby?

I think your Sebenza just has some good character and wont worry about it that much.

I used to have two Large 21s. One was from 2009 and it had a tip that was noticeably thicker than my other Sebenza that was from 2010. I think the older Sebenza 21s just have thicker tips than the ones being produced more recently. I wouldnt worry about it unless you prefer a thinner tip. I'm sure CRK would fix it for you if you really wanted to. I personally kept the Sebenza with the thicker tip because I preferred it.

just rise the edge a bit, in case
did it to some knives, makes the tip thinner but still strong
