Do these remind you of any recent / current releases from ZT?

I've always wondered what model Hinderers some of the recent ZT's were based off of. I happened to Find a thread on the Hinderer forum showing Hinderer Prototypes. Do these Hinderer Camp Knife prototypes remind you of anything from ZT? They sure remind me of a couple recent and upcoming offerings. The 055x models are one that comes to mind.

Yeah, the hinderer camp knife is the knife the 0550 was designed after.

I've heard this before but this is the first time I've seen a Hinderer Camp knife

I've heard that the 0566 is supposed to be a smaller version of the 0560, but I feel the 0566 design is closer to the 055x design than the 0560.

I don't like those thumbstuds and the overlays shape lines don't flow well and appear like they were made for a different knife but they otherwise beautiful knives. Great blade shape and overall knife shape and love those grinds.

I can kinda see where you're going out with the framelock side being smoothed out, but that's really about it. I really can't see how it's closer to the 055X than the 056X. Maybe my eyes are tired.
