Do they come in plastic sleeves?

I couldn't figure out where to ask this so I'll ask it here and if a Mod wants to move it so be it.

When you subscribe to "Blade" Magazine and "Knives Illustrated" Magazine in order to read about and further enjoy "Traditional Knives", are the magazines mailed in plastic sleeves or are they just mailed with no protection so as to arrive torn and with missing pages?

Indeed.

I subscribed to Blade for years (no longer, though) and it never came packaged in any way. I never got a damaged magazine or missing page.

These days, I only subscribe to Knife World.

Thanks guys. I guess I won't be subscribing to either magazine. I just hate it when a magazine arrives that has obviously been read by every mail handler between the magazine shipper and my mailbox and arrives in tatters to boot.
