I think you mean convexing? To convex an edge you can either use a upright grinder or sandpaper.
If you get an old mousepad or two and clip on some very rough sandpaper..say 120 and strop the blade (like regular sharpening but leading with the spine). If the mousepad is squishy enough the edge will be slightly rounded off. You progress up thru the grits next would be say 200, 400, 600, 1000, 2000. or what ever you have.
If you want to get it uber sharp you strop again on leather loaded with green chromium oxide paste, then strop on clean leather.
For grinders use the slack portion in pregressing grits and if you can get leather belts follow up with chromium oxide and then clean leather.
