The black and tan is G-10 as are any offerings other than the black canvas, tan canvas and black paper micarta standard offerings. Tiger hide is a linen micarta that is restricted to Limited Editions, Special Editions and special orders. IIRC, Snakeskin micarta was a happy accident that the maker was unable to replicate. Any new variety of snakeskin-like material, micarta or G-10, would need a different name to distinguish it from the old school SS. The Tequila may have been an attempt.

AFAIK green linen hasn't been available for years but I had not heard that Tigerhide no longer available. I'm not that plugged in. Perhaps Jerry or one of the inside folks would tell us. PS
One thing I learned early on about Busse collecting... there are no real absolutes though somethings come very close to it.While rickshooter's black & tan is probably G10 unless he got really lucky, there was black & tan linen as well as black & tan canvas on the CF Bushwackers handles in the past. I picked up this CGFBM at the AG Russell show in 2010 with black & tan linen and stupidly sold it as a piglet unaware of how rare it was. That was one comfy handle I should never have let go of.
Also, tigerhide started out as canvas on the FBMLE, SJTAC and a few others up through the tankbuster. I don't recall any regular offering since then to have it, but the linen tigerhide came out around the NM releases, NMSFNO and NMFBM and Cultellus. It feels a little softer to your hand with plenty of grip.
My first SJTAC of the exchange had tigerhide canvas handles on it that looked like tan & black canvas.
Tigerhide seems unavailable by request, but not gone as it keeps popping up every year. Snakeskin evaporated as the last scraps were used up back around 2010 or so. Green linen long before that. Black linen seems to show up very rarely and looks pretty neat, especially on the Sarsquatch.

This post makes me realize how much neat stuff I let go back when I didn't know any better... :foot: I need a B13!
I would love to see more linen offerings than anything, but blue & black denim could very easily become my favorite if it were offered.
