Do you carry two (or more) SAK's at the same time?

What prompted this question was thinking about threads that come up from time to time asking what your "perfect" SAK would be. Usually the answers are something like "A Farmer (insert SAK of your choice), with scissors and/or toothpick and/or tweezers (insert tools of your choice).

Anyway, it seems the ideal SAK in one package doesn't exist for many of us. The easy solution is to carry more than one SAK at a time. For me it's a Farmer and a Rambler. How about you ..... is one at a time enough? If not, what's your "perfect combo"? Multi-tool and SAK combos welcome also! ;)

I just ordered a swisstool spirit x, that's one for me. I dont need a toothpick because I carry a tooth floss and tweezers are always attached to my keychain.

I always team up two sak's.

My 58mm classic is always in it's keyring sheath, no matter what else is in my pocket. The classic is teamed up with either a bantam or cadet. Those seem to do most of what I want. Sometimes my Wenger SI replaces the sak in pocket, but the same old classic is still there on my keys.

I generally have an alox Classic on my keys to go along with the alox Soldier in my pocket. But this week I started a little experiment. I ditched the Classic and instead I'm carrying my alox Rambler and Fenix E01 clipped together in my left pocket to augment the Soldier in my right. The light and small SAK are much less noticeable in my pocket than they were on my keys and easier to use too.

Yup, Rambler + whichever other one I happen to be carrying (usually a Pioneer Settler or Alox Soldier).

Lately I've gone back to my Vic Adventurer with Leatherman Style CS. The scissors on the style do better on zip ties and clam shell packaging than 58/74mm sak scissors.

I always have a Classic in my pocket & when camping I'll be carrying my Hercules or Huntsman also.

When I'm not in school I have a charge tti in my right pocket and a wenger evo 18 in my other, I think that having 2 multi tools is better because you can never have enough, and some have different uses than others, when I get a car I will probably put a classic on my keys, now i just need to stop buying knives until I buy a car x.x

I always have a Midnight Manager on the keyring and a SAK in the pocket. An EDC combo that I tried for a while and that worked good for me: Victorinox Cadet and Leatherman Micra. The combo gave me a blade, scissors and several other tools (screw drivers, can opener, tweezers, etc.) in a package that's still small.

I always bring several SAKs... a companion in my wallet so i always got a scissor, knife and nailfile with mods screwdriver tip... a nylon sportsman always in my car... an ambassador with piano motif in my USB flash drive... and a small tinker or sportsman or soldier alox in my pocket... unles when i'm traveling, then i would pocket a craftman...

yup, i'm addicted to SAKs.

On weekends and when outdoors, I almost always carry a Leatherman Wave or Charge on my belt and a Benchmade Rittergrip in my pocket. I could get by just fine with the multitool though.

During the week however, it's difficult to carry a Wave/Charge since I work in an office and it's too big and bulky to pocket carry without a clip. For a long time, I missed the pliers. I always carried a Vic Huntsman and it's great, but it lacked two things, a locking blade and pliers.

This past year I purchased a Leatherman Freestyle and it has soleved my problem! Now I carry the Huntsman in one pocket and the Freestyle in another. This way I have all of the tools from the Huntsman with the pliers and locking blade of the Freestyle. Works great for having to hold something, like a nut, with the pliers and still be able to use the screwdriver from the Huntsman. It's the perfect choice for me. In fact, sometimes on the weekend now, unless I'm going hiking, camping, or know I'll need a full-sized multitool, I find myself dropping the same Vic and Freestyle in my pocket even though I could carry the Wave because it's just more convenient.

I have a classic on the keychain, with the Fenix E01 (for my home)

A black Classic is on the office keys and in my jacket-pocket there´s a Compact.

For working in my sparetime, there´s a Vic Nomad in my cargopants. On the belt a Leatherman Blast or for heavy duty there´s a Vic Swisstool (the big one).

Almost always I pair a SAK with a Leatherman tool. Coupled with a Charge or Juice, for instance, I include a Rambler. When my main is an OH Trekker or Tinker, along comes a Micra. These multi tools complement one another very nicely, each of a pair providing what the other lacks.
There is one exception; of my SAKs, the only one that could serve as a stand alone is the Swisschamp, which has every implement a person would ever need, including the all important back spring mounted hook :p :D . Even so, when I carry it, the Rambler gets pocket time as well for the very useful magnetized small ph driver, nail file and as a fob for a micro light.

Yes, I frequently EDC two SAKs everyday: a small classic and a alox Cadet. I carry these in addition to an EDC folder which is rotated between a number of knives. Today it happens to be a Spyderco Sage 1.

When I want to go minimalistic it's the Alox Bantam with my black Classic and right now it's my Farmer and black Classic.

Starting to slowly get used to the bulge in my right pocket:p

Do you carry two (or more) SAK's at the same time?

Oftentimes I do: a Huntsman, and an original Mini-Champ or Classic type that's always on my keychain anyway.
