A throwing knife that looks like two axe heads connected by a swivel point where the heads can rotate?

Never even heard of this type of knife in the years that I've been on various knife forums. In my experience, often when someone comes to this forum asking about a knife that sounds pretty unusual, it more often than not tends to be some Hollywood prop that wouldn't really work. This forum can pretty much help you find just about any knife that would fit your specific needs, if it can't help you find a particular knife you have in mind. No but that did make me laugh

It would be something like below except two axe blades. In the center there would be something that would allow the axe blades to rotate at different speeds.
