Not having an RMD. Sold mine a while ago. I have 2 on order (along with 2 other rats) and I can't wait to get my hands on them! At least I got my dream M9LE to play around with. If you don't own a ratmandu, you are totally missing out.

I agree. Hopefully the M9LE will hold off the RMD craving until they arrive.

Its next on my list man. Hopefully I scored a CS Rodent Trail I'm waiting on that right now but a Ratmandu will probably be my next purchase. Although saving for a CG LBSHBM is also something to think about. Ahhh so many choices!

Oh that sounds like a horror story there!

I will always have a few RMDs, other knives may come and go but that's as close to perfection as it gets IMO!

There's never too many pictures of RMDs!!!

I love the Ratmandu.
My most favorite knife.
Now if we could just get one or 6 in INFI :-)

There are already several threads about an infi RMD. They/We have been begging for one over at the swamp for some time. Look for any thread mentioning the N2K RMD.

Isn't INFI better in bigger blades? Isn't SR101 better for blades the size of the RMD? It's kind of like the whole Busse folder issue. I can do without one of those unless they use a steel that's more suited to smaller blades.

I honestly dont know, but i love sr101 and have no problems with the RMDs i have. But if there was an Infi option i would get it, same with any other steel. I love the RMD its my favorite knife so i would want one in any steel it came out in really just to have in my collection.

I got my feet wet last month with a Ratmandu and Rodent Solution. Both are incredible blades. I've been dishing it out on the RMD, but can't bring myself to use the RS for any serious work...the tanker grey they are using right now looks like it has stardust in it. Don't want to mess it up!

I came from ESEE and still hold Rowens 1095 in high regard. I don't believe anything will replace my Junglas...it's a great beater chopper!
