I had some green commercial knives that wouldn`t all fit in an ugly universal bristle knife box.
So...I thought...and voila !
Easier to clean, dual purpose and prettier IMHO.
If the edges are below par they can dance on the diamonds next to my sink - I absolutely love sharpening - it`s so relaxing - like stroking a cat !

I`ve lost count of how many Aardvark - I know I should stop - just got a vintage Japanese one today - I`ll do a review later when I`ve rested.
