Do you like your Chris Reeve Green Beret knife?

The Chris Reeve Green Beret knife has been out for a while now. I would appreciate your comments on it. Have you used it and how does it perform? Is it worth the money ($300)?

Rev. Pete, I haven't had an oppertunity to handle one yet, I just wanted to give ya a heads up and let ya know that the Green Beret Passaround knife for our passaround/raffle was bought this weekend and you should see allot of reviews rolling in from that soon.

Thanks for the tip. I really wanted to sign up for that but I'm travelling a lot these days so there is no telling where I would be when my turn came up. I look forward to seeing some feedback. It looks good "on paper". We will see if it can "walk the walk".

Well Rev. Pete, I don't own one, but I got to handle/fondle/ogle one last weekend. I was very surprised at how light weight it was. This is a fairly big knife, yet it was light as a feather. I liked the way it felt in my hand, and over-all it is a visually pleasing knife. It certainly looks like it will do it's job. Is it worth $299? Only you can answer that one.
