Do you recognize this logo? I need to know the maker.

Hello BF,
I recently acquired this knife along with few others and do not know the maker. I would appreciate your help finding the maker's name. It is a buttery smooth knife with excellent fit and finish. Inside the liner says "Serial # 951 4/24/89."
Your help is appreciated.

I really appreciate it Jim. I looked online and found his website. Not many of his knives pops up for sale that is why I was clueless.
