Do you still use some of your other knifes or is it pretty much CRK...

Since I got back into CRKs again, more this time than last, I find that I don't carry my other knives much at all anymore.

I do have a few to choose from,8.5, tho. I have 2 scales for 1 of my large regs that's why it's 8.5. I still carry my Caly 3 SE every day for everything

a pe won't cut as easily as an se.

I know we has a Mistress thread a while ago....not asking for her name. Just asking if CRK is the knife you carry Most of the time.

Edit: I used the word 'knifes' on purpose!! Just to add add a little humor to the title.

It is for me.

I have a flipper (hogue) in my car for emergency but rarely gets used.

I have opposite opinion of PE and SE, my PE's cut way better than SE's. Could be my sharpening though.

I always carry a Mnandi and a small multi-tool of some sort, but other than that I don't carry other brands although I own some.

Well my mnandi is getting her hair and nails did at the CRK spa. So I've been carrying one if my Wilkins/Ritter mini grips (TI grips). My sebbie arrived yesterday so she will be entering rotation soon.

For people with average disposable income, once you get into CRK you cannot afford to carry any other knives! Every knife purchase from another maker just chips away at your savings for the next Chris Reeve. It's a deadly trap, don't fall in.

Lately ( the last 3 months or so) I have been carrying either my large Insingo or my 25. They usually get paired with another knife though. Usually my Northwoods forest jack or a GEC #15 with the sheep's foot blade.
My other knifes are feeling pretty neglected.

I mix it up with other other knives. I'd carry my small Insingo more if I could get a deeper-carry clip.

what mnandi do you carry? i been wanting too, just can't bring my self to carry one...

I carry a Cocobolo inlay Mnandi w/non-damascus blade. The wood has natural oil-type sheen to the wood, so it always looks new.
It took me a while to find one I would carry.

I tend to carry a small sebbie the most. Mnandi then large regular in that order.

never thought of that. Nice I may have to pickup another one!

What?? There are other knives?? No say it isn't so!! :) I work in an office and other than the occasional steak knife at dinner or butter knife at breakfast the only knife I ever use (and by using I mean carry in my pocket) is a Chris Reeve Knife... Oh I have a Leatherman in my briefcase and a case cutter in my desk for opening boxes. Its not a knife its a Chris Reeve Knife..at least for me.. There the best so the heck with the rest!!

Yes - variety is the spice of life. However, my CRKs see 75% pocket time a week.

I carry and use a few different fixed blades but for folders it's pretty much just CRK with the odd custom now and then. :)

I go through cycles. My small unique Sebenza is my permanent office carry but on the weekends I like to mix things up.

CRK all day everyday. Don't get me wrong though, I do occasionally try to carry something else that I find a liking for but one of my CRK's will end up back in my pocket by the end of the day.

Lately it's been the Large Insingo- a perfect knife !

I carry a lot of different knives over a week, ZT, Spyderco, Benchmade and Chris reeve I really rotate quiet a bit. I don't have a large, if I did I would likely carry one a lot more.

Yes, I carry lots of others. My daily office carry is usually a large Damascus 21 or plain regular, but any other time its mixed up with Les George, Shirogorov, Hinderer, micro tech & the ocassional ZT. CRK is still my main go-to, but I do like a little variety!

Always CRK Large… Insingo, Damascus Serrated, Umnumzaan, and of course a Leatherman Wave. Bart

Occasionally I'll carry something else, but 9 times out of 10 I will have a CRK on me.
