Do you use your Infi?

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to Busse knives. I'm planning on ordering my first knife, a Tank Buster, here in the near future. I'm planning on using my knife for general outdoor stuff. I don't plan on beating the crap out of it, although I'm sure it could handle it but I do plan on using it for camping and outdoor wilderness stuff.

I'm just curious how many of you actually use your knives. I know many just collect the knives to admire or save, which I can understand why. But I plan on using mine. I've thought long and hard about it. I've considered getting a Rat cutlery knife or even a Scrap Yard for my uses...no doubt either would be fine. But I want a Busse, damn it! Just once in my life I want to have the best! lol OK, enough whining...so how many of you give your Infis some good use...or what do you use instead?

I've used my Skinny ASH-1 pretty extensively. The rest of my collection has been sadly neglected. There just isn't enough stuff around here that needs to be totally destroyed.

I say if you're not beating the crap out of your INFI, you're not using it. Don't hold back ... if you've a reason to use it, use it HARD.

Yes!

My most used would be my leatherman wave (opening small stuff plus the pliers and other tools come in handy). I keep my SAR 4 in my camelback along with a BAD or the LE in the pic above. Depends on what I'm going to do.

And don't just use it, use it hard :thumbup:

I only have one busse and sadly she aint a user. A little too big for my out door needs. I am waiting for a smaller INFi for my user. Currently I have a combat grade BATAC. Great knife but I find it to be too bulky for my hiking style.

I use mine alot. Same goes for my buddys. We beet the crap out of FFBMs FBMs, AKs, GWs, and a few others. But mostly the ones I listed.

I have used my FFBM to to pop doors, chop 4x6s, pry car doors, and lots of other stuff.

What ever you end up getting, USE THE HELL OUT OF IT! It's a blast.

I've got a user for camping. And several that sit on a shelf for me to stare at. Of course, I split my time between NYC and Los Angeles...two places where walking down the street with a Battle Mistress in your hand may cause problems.
But, dig around in the forums you'll find tons of hard use Busses.

Even though this will be my first one, I'm going to be using it quite often...maybe in the future I'll get some perty ones to keep in the cabinet ;-) Thanks again...Busse guys are the coolest!

i'm proud to say every one of mine is a user. my collection has never been greater than 10 at any one point, but they've all gotten used or been sold/traded very quickly if they weren't
